What’s that one thing that really pisses you off before a trip or usually is the main subject of choosing the dates of your vacation? Of course, your period I know it’s really annoying when you have to go for a vacation during your period bringing your mood instantly down. I can relate girl all the extra space the pads take, having to find a washroom to change the pad, the extremely painful cramps if you have them if you don’t then TOUCHWOOD. It all makes you forget to actually enjoy.
But can you actually change this? No, unless your thinking about some date changing pills which I have never tried so can’t judge but I do know that it is not good in the long run. One thing you can try but I do not guarantee results is eating foods that might help prepone your period or get it back on track like papaya although it is not loved by many including me it is very helpful. The scientific explanation is that the carotene present in papaya stimulates the estrogen hormone, inducing early periods.
Now I know you already are aware about all the essentials you will need in your bag but one tip I can give is that always wash your hands before changing your pad without fail for obvious reasons such as germs and hygiene which should actually be a daily practice but is very crucial on vacation.
Here are some reminders that might help cheering you up, firstly it happens to the best of people and the fact that we go through it anywhere anytime is pretty cool so be proud of yourself, you or your parents must have spent a good amount of money to make that trip happen so let that thought be somewhat your motivation and lastly periods aren’t something that can hold you back so just enjoy your trip and make good memories to look back to which is the whole motive.
